» How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes after you have submitted your reservation. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please make sure that you check your junk folder to make sure that your reservation was captured by your junk filter. You can also check your reservations in your "Reservation History".
» How do I know my selected provider has accepted/received my reservation?
Your selected provider should respond within 24 hours with an approval or a denial. You will receive a notification of the approval or denial. If the provider denies your reservation, we will search for a new provider for you. If for some reason, you do not like the newly assigned provider, then you may cancel the reservation.
» Can I make changes to my reservation?
You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip.
» Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip.
» Can I make reservations for someone else?
Yes, you can make reservations for someone else. In the reservation process you can indicate who the primary passenger is.
» Can I reserve multiple trips at the same time?
Yes, you can book as many trips at the same time.
» Where can I see my upcoming reservations?
You can check your reservations in your "Reservation History".
» Can I re-order a trip?
Yes, you can re-order previously taken trips by going into your "Reservation History". Just click on the day in the "My Trips Calendar" that you previously took this trip on and then click on Re-order below the trip details.
» How do I write a review about a provider?
Once your trip has been completed, you will get an email with a link to review the provider. We value your comments and ratings!

» Do I have to have an account to make a reservation?
Yes, you must have an account to place a reservation. Click here to create an account.

You can change your password in "Account Settings".
» Where can I manage my credit cards?
You can manage your credit cards in "My Payment Information".
» Can I store my Passengers?
Yes, you can store your passengers in "My Preferences->Passengers".
» Can I store my Locations?
Yes, you can store your locations in "My Preferences->Locations".
» Can I store my favorite providers?
Yes, just simply search for your favorite provider and check "Add to Favorites" under the provider that you would like to save in your favorites.
» PAYMENT INFORMATION
» When will I be charged for my reservation?
You will initially be charged the base fare cost when placing the reservation. An additional charge may be placed for additional fees (e.g. gratuity, wait time, toll fee, etc.) after your trip has been completed.
» What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card.
» I do not agree with the additional fees that you charged my credit card. What do I do now?
You can fill out our Customer Service form. Please write your account name, reservation number, and in detail which charges you do not agree with.
